curse the mild wild mondays!!

안녕하새요!
yo, people! whats diggin' in the land of blogger? have you all been wondering the a wondrous mountains of daisy's waiting for summer to come. Or just dwelling in the caves wishing that the moon lit drops of water were as cold as ice, so you could escape the summer heat. Either way I think you'll like my little skin care surprise!

Today I'd be postin' about green tea.
green tea is consumed by a lot of people on a daily basis and while it keeps you insides super squeaky clean, it also dose that for you face!(man, who knew! (; )
I, as you know have very mild rosacea. And trying to find some thing natural, (that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg.) to use cam across green tea.
I last posted about rice water which has its great benefits. But so dose green tea.
So I use it together, along with my regular washing stuff, my normal toner, and my simple oil free moisturizer.(It dose help to keep acne under control.)

I only use the rice water like once or twice a week thought ( Its only when ever I get around to cooking my rice. Hehe...) but Because I drink green tea like twice a day {once in the morning for that extra lift, and once at night, the warmth soothes and calms me.} It is having a much faster visible affect on my skin. And, the affect is, GOOD!
But when I do use rice water I don't use the green tea that same wash.

So, now here's where you learn the awesomeness about green tea!
For me green tea smooths my skin, makes my rosacea go away and keeps my pores closed(but I don't apply it when it's hot to my face only after it has been chilled in the fridge.) It also has gotten rid of these, what seemed like "permanent bags" under my eyes. (It happens when you stay up till like 2 in the morning play spyro dawn of the dragon... hehe gotta love my ps2...)
It also gave my skin a natural healthy kind of firmness I had lost from staying up so late.(yeah, I know. Staying up just isn't the way to go; that's why I have gone in to sleep rehab, I have a strict schedule of be in bed by nine- nine thirty and wake up at 6.) And apparently it, if used for a long time in a regular basis, leaves your skin with all of the affect I have said above permanently!
(Of course by then you already have gotten so set in applying green tea to your face that you probably won't stop.)
So, are you ready to rock?! Hahaha! :D

Okay, first you'll need a cup, some green tea,
(I prefer to use the lose green tea, but, it really is a more personal choice.)

and filtered or bottled water (works best because there aren't as many impurity's.).

step 1. get a cup of water and place it in the microwave for one minuet, or, you could heat up the water on top of the stove in a tea pot.(the time may vary in a tea pot.)

step 2. let the water get at a comfortable temperature.

step 3. put either some green tea lives in a little mesh filter thing, or use the already in a bag tea. put it in the water and let it sit for about 3 mins.

step 4. (my favorite step!) drink the green tea, until there is about one fourth a cup of tea left.(I would advise you not to add any sweeteners to your tea, as this is going on your face I don't think it would be fun to have a sticky face. (: )
step 5. apply the green tea to your face. (you can just splash it on.) and leave it there as if it was a toner.
after the green tea has air dried on you face you can apply regular toner, moisturizer, etc!
(also make sure you wash your face before putting the green tea on your face.)

heya!
how was your moms day?
mine was okay... the restaurant we went to for brunch was okay my mom and grandma liked the food, as well as my sister but me not so much; it was all to breakfast-like. It should have had more of a luchie feel. ( hehehe... "lunchie".)
They absolutely loved the gifts I gave them though! {which pleased my ever so much!} and they loved the chocolate cover cake balls my sister made. sorry no pic for that.

*hehe* You wouldn't believe how that smile describes my gran-grans love for food.

my Mom model this lovely hand made gift I made for her!

My sister and I having a good laugh.
we all ended up with fat bellies and a craving for some mineral water shortly after our "brunch".

And my gran-gran modeling this lovely hand made headband. (heheh I made them!)
we ended our brunch at life four in the afternoon and paid about 100$ for our "not worth a hundred bucks lunch."
I would not recommend this place for mothers day as the food was not fancy, or something that One couldn't make at home with a little effort. well I'm wishing a late but still meaningful happy mothers day to all the moms out there!

Now for my bouns post!!
(you know your all like OMG!) ;)

Have you tried a rice water wash?
well sister I'm say you should!
many women and girls have all said it make your skin softer, reduces wrinkles and make your skin fairer!
It is believed it dose all the thing stated above because when you rinse your rice you take some of the nutrients away so if you put the that make you digestive system clean and shiny on your face you get a beautiful result, I have mild rosacea so maybe it will help get rid of it.
but please note that it most likely will take a week or two for you to see any real results although the softer skin is like instant!
well here is how to use this wonderful water!

1# Wash the rice once to get rid of the dirt in the water.

2
After rinsing the rice for the first time, drain the rice water into a separate container. Drain it more than once so that you won't find any rice grains in the water.

3
Put the bowl of rice water into a sink, and wash your face gently with the water, by scooping it up and splashing it deliberately and carefully on your face about five or six times.

4
Empty the rice water into the sink, and rinse your face with regular cold tap water the same number of times to close skin pores.

5
Pat your face dry with a clean towel, and enjoy fresher, tighter and smoother skin.

these instructions are from wikihow.

hope ya'll enjoyed my post, bye!
